Li Hing Mango Slices

Li hing mango slices are both sweet and tangy.  Dried mango with a hint of li hing mui flavoring.  Li hing is a tart, dried Chinese plum with a touch of licorice and sugar added. Great for a snack or special treat. Li hing is used as a spice for many Hawaiian foods. Chinese workers brought the unique flavor with them when they first arrived in Hawaii years ago.
